Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before commissioning me (the "Artist"). By commissioning, you (the “Client”), agree to be bound by these Terms.

General

Commissions are based on a first come first serve basis. If you have a hard deadline, please discuss with me beforehand. There may be a rush fee (if available) if deliverables are required quickly. I reserve the right to deny any commission request. I also reserve the right to post the work to my portfolio, socials, as well as livestream development unless agreed upon otherwise. No refunds available once the product is sent to you or published.These Terms of Service are only applicable to individual commissioners. Work requested by/for brands will be conducted separately.

Pricing

Prices are calculated depending on estimated time spent on the item, complexity, and DevEx conversion rates. Base price for UGC includes upload on my account to the Roblox marketplace for everyone to purchase (I cover publishing fees!). Commercial merchandising (uploading to sell through your own group) includes all project files and full copyright release with an increase in base price. Here's a general rundown of average current rates:

Classic UGC Accessory Base Prices

  • Simple: 5,263 robux ($20 USD)

  • Medium: 11,842 robux ($45 USD)

  • High: 21,053 robux ($80 USD)

Layered Clothing UGC Base Prices

  • Simple: 10,526 robux ($40 USD)

  • Medium: 18,421 robux ($70 USD)

  • High: 26,316 robux ($100 USD)

Animated Emote UGC Base Prices

  • Simple: 3,947 robux ($15 USD)

  • Medium: 9,211 robux ($35 USD)

  • High: 19,737 robux ($75 USD)

Payment

Payment must be with USD through PayPal or the DevEx equivalent in Robux. Payment must be made before 50% completion of the commission. Failure to pay within two weeks of requested payment will result in the termination of prior agreements and commission work.

Potential Fees

  • If more than 2 revisions requested

  • For additional retextures or recolors

  • Rush fee (if requested and agreed upon)

Restrictions

  • No AI involvement whatsoever

  • Do not use my work outside of the Roblox Platform unless agreed upon

  • Do not request art for IP that you do not own

  • No gore, nsfw, or hate speech
